What is our returns policy?
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, why? Because we want you to be happy and in love with your Hola Pretty purchase.
Please ensure you read the following carefully so that you are aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
If you wish to return a full priced item and your order was placed within Australia, Hola Pretty will offer you a credit note (to be used within 3 months) or issue a refund provided that:
- You email us at firstname.lastname@example.org straight away to advise of your return and obtain a copy of our Returns form for your completion
- Please advise in your email, whether you are chasing a credit note or refund (see conditions below)
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase
- Your item/s are returned in appropriate packaging and our returns form is completed and enclosed
- The item is in its original condition, is unworn, unwashed, unused and has all tags still in place.

Responsibility of the return postage lies with you and we recommend that you opt for tracking of your return.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Hola Pretty reserves the right not to offer a credit note or refund. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item will remain the responsibility of the sender if the item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition and does not meet the abovementioned requirements.
Returns on SALE and CLEARANCE SALE items
Please choose carefully when purchasing items on SALE or CLEARANCE SALE as there are NO Returns on SALE or CLEARANCE SALE items, unless the item has been deemed faulty, in which case our faulty returns policy applies.
Hola Pretty does accept returns on all International orders (excluding SALE items), however you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return to;
An exchange or credit note will be issued upon receipt of your order.
What is our faulty returns policy?
If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please include photos in your email of the fault or defect.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will refund you for your purchase.
Hola Pretty reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
Please also note:
- Your original Invoice is the best form of proof of purchase
- Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash
